This program is designed for long-term care. Children can be placed with families for as little as a few months to permanent custody.
Requires Application, Trauma-Informed Training, and a Home Study.
Gap Care
This program is designed for short-term care up to five days.
Designed as a “landing pad” for children while their extended family is making arrangements to come and take custody.
Requires Application, Trauma-Informed Training, and a Home Safety Walk Through.
Respite Care
This program is designed to care for foundation families, giving them rest for up to 7 days.
Also known as Respite Care for Foundation Families.
Requires Application, Trauma-Informed Training, and a Home Safety Walk Through.
Adoption Care
This program is for permanent care and placement with a family.
Placement can begin as adoption, foundation, or gap care. This is guided by Hope’s Bridge, focused on creating lifelong family bonds in a loving, stable home.
